Door V · My Rituals & Favourites

My rituals, my favourites.

The oils I use in every circle, the cold water and breath I teach, and the few brands I love, with codes for my girls.

I · The oils
The Pelvic Code · ancient feminine wisdom

Movement, oils & herbs. One ritual for the womb.

The Pelvic Code weaves together three practices women have carried for centuries: conscious movement of the pelvis, the ritual of anointing with botanical oils, and the quiet knowledge of the herbs our grandmothers gathered for every season of a woman’s cycle.

◯
Pillar I

Pelvic movement

Circles, waves, figure-eights and breath that bring warmth, awareness and fluidity back to the hips, the lower back and the womb space.

◈
Pillar II

Ancient oils

Slow anointing rituals for the belly and lower back, with blends inspired by matriarchal botanical traditions and timed with the phases of the moon.

❦
Pillar III

Herbal wisdom

The plants of women’s folk tradition: mugwort, yarrow, marigold, holy basil and chamomile, honoured in teas, baths and seasonal rituals around the cycle.

The oils in our practice

Used in every circle, retreat and ritual

Yoni Sacred Cleansing

Release what is not yours.

Used at the new moon circle to let go: a herbal blend inspired by ancient matriarchal botanical traditions.

Beneath the quiet light of the moon, every lunar cycle is an invitation to return to yourself. A moment of presence, reflection and reconnection, with plants valued across cultures for generations.

Yoni Sacred Purity

Return to purity.

Used in slow, soft practices and after breathwork, to return to softness and presence.

A floral ritual for moments of softness and feminine radiance. Warmed between the palms, breathed in slowly, before a soft practice under the moon.

Eros Activation

Feel. Move. Be alive.

Used before dancing and at the full moon, to awaken the senses and the joy of movement.

Eros is the vital impulse that moves us toward life, connection and creativity. Imagine feeling fully alive in your body: connected, ecstatic, free. A ritual of presence, a return to movement.

Protection

Remember you are protected.

Used to open and close every circle: grounding, boundaries and the knowing that you are safe in your body.

Protection is not something you need to create. It is something you need to remember. A blue-light ritual to return to yourself, and to the knowing that you are safe.

Opening & closing ritualFrom @thepelviccode
In The Pelvic Code, oils are part of the ritual: a moment of presence before movement, after breathwork or under the moon. Used externally, as mindful self-care, never as a substitute for medical care.

Not sure which oil your body is asking for? Take the womb energetics self-assessment.

II · Ice & breath
